This is the very first song I ever wrote. Also the first song I ever recorded. I played the acoustic guitar and provided vocals. This song was written about how hard it is to write a song and how the inspiration (The perfect song) is often right in front of you. In this case it was a love interest but it could mean so much more (friend,child, ect).
