Piqued Jacks are pure energy. Alt/rock from Italy with an international appeal. Part of label INRI’s roster, their successes include: opening act for Interpol, plays on Virgin Radio, Kerrang! Radio, MTV and BBC Radio and performances during some of the best showcase festivals like Canadian Music Week, MMB Bucharest, SXSW and Mondo NYC.
Their 2022 so far: three new singles and performances at Musexpo in Los Angeles and Lechlade Festival (UK) opening for The Boomtown Rats. Everything South (INRI) was presented in collaboration with Italy’s #1 funeral home Taffo, Particles (INRI) with Sony Ambassador Paolo Sodi (Andrea Bocelli, Rai) while Sunflower acts as a springboard for their Summer at festivals such as Mengo Music Fest (Italy), Summerfest (USA), Living Rock (Romania).
Their latest album Synchronizer (INRI, March 2021) was produced by Julian Emery (Nothing But Thieves), Brett Shaw (Florence + The Machine) and Dan Weller (Enter Shikari): «made for big festivals» (Rockit), «their vision goes beyond borders» (Rumore), «irresistible» (SIAE). For the record’s release party the band did something never seen before, parachuting from a 11200ft altitude and playing the full tracklist live on the landing strip.
